Service Rates
Here at GTS, we are all about getting you online, and working. Therefore our rates are variable, depending on the circumstances that we find ourselves in. In saying that, here is a rough guide:
(all prices exclude GST unless stated)
Onsite Repair/Maintenance/Configuration:
$80/hr for the first hour, $50/hr after that. Minimum 1 hour charged unless previously arranged.
Remote Repair/Maintenance/Configuration:
$50/hr for the first hour, 1 hour minimum.
Linux Server Maintenance and builds:
Approx. $80/hr. These must remain flexible and as a guideline only – prices will vary depending on the complexity of the job.
